How to start a return
Write to orders@moture.in within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the piece you want to return. We will reply with the next steps. Pieces sent back without writing to us first cannot be accepted.
Condition
The piece must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with its tags attached and in its original packaging.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are available within the same 15 days, subject to availability. Write to us and we will hold your size while the original piece makes its way back.
Damaged or wrong piece
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged or not what you ordered, write to orders@moture.in with photos and we will make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the piece, the refund goes back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will ask for your UPI or bank details.
